The shipping charge for the United Kingdom is 5.00 pounds.

The delivery time is 48 to 72 hours, depending on the location in the United Kingdom.
 

Returns

Do you wish to return the product? If so, please contact our customer services department. We

request that you state the reason for the return in your email:

- you are dissatisfied with the product or you have ordered too many articles. As soon as the goods

have been returned to us we will refund your payment. The shipping charges are for your

account.

- The product was damaged when you received it. As soon as the goods have been returned to us

we will send you a replacement product. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, please

indicate this in the return form. In that case we will refund your payment. The shipping charges

are for Birth Alarm's account.
 

Always state the order number and your details in the email so that we can quickly and efficiently

process your request. We regret that we are unable to guarantee the payment obligation if your

return is not in keeping with the conditions or takes place without notification.

 

Repairs

Birth Alarms are covered by a 3 year product guarantee. The malfunction rate of Birth Alarm

devices is extremely low. However if the device shows any defects within the guarantee period it

will be repaired free of charge under the guarantee conditions. For this purpose please contact

our customers services department and report the repair by email. The shipping costs to

Gallagher Europe are for your account: we will return the repaired device to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the guarantee, you should also state this in an email to our

customer services department.
